Each video ad format has a Disable for short content option. There you need to indicate the number of minutes until which the player will not show this format.
The option works if the player manages to load the metadata and already knows the duration. This is possible if content preloading is enabled and autoplay is disabled, or the duration is specified in the player connection code using the duration parameter.
You can also not turn off advertising completely, but limit the number of impressions if there are several ad networks in a row in the queue.
