Playback segment

It is now possible to create a looped playback segment (useful for training videos).

A new sleep timer

The sleep timer has the new option to switch to an interval view instead of specifying the time.

Content markup

Points on the timeline have got the skill to display text for marking up content.

HLS

The plugin has been updated to the first major version hls.js. There is support for Apple Low-Latency HLS video delivery, as well as stable support for fMP4, as an alternative to MPEG-TS. The new option ~~HLS / Select qualities from the manifest / Consider the size of the player~~ helps to better adapt the quality on devices of different sizes when the auto quality is on.

API

The flip and stretch commands have been added to the JS API as well as the ui event.

Advertising

The launch of ads on iOS of the latest versions has been optimized. All ad formats now have settings for limiting the number of impressions. For pauserolls, you can enable invisible verification (ads are displayed only with the impression event). Added fine settings for displaying VAST and VPAID creatives.
