You can use player like teaser with short video played on hover. 

This is template with next settings:

1. Disabled toolbar and all elements except title
2. Enabled options Preload, Loop and Play on hover

   

3. Disabled sound for autoplay Audio / Volume
4. Enabled Show on pause for poster
