Boost rewind for HLS

The new option allows you to speed up rewinding due to a short-term decrease in quality.

Subtitles

• The ability to enable drag and drop subtitles on the player screen.
• The list of subtitles can now be sent via a link.
• You can move the subtitle off option at the top of the list.
• You can specify your own font, font thickness and different sizes for mobile platforms and desktops.
• The player UI now has the option to reset the subtitle settings.

DASH

• The DASH library is no longer included in the player script but is loaded asynchronously from the official CDN if necessary.
• Playback start is faster due to the optimization of the buffer.
• Improved smoothness of quality switching.
• You can configure DRM for DASH.
  

VAST

• You can specify the background color and its transparency (relevant for audio ads).
• Mid-rolls now disable native fullscreen on mobile platforms to display correctly.
• Improved the operation of ad waterfalls on iOS.

LIVE

A new option for the time element. The current local time will be displayed instead of the number of viewed time.

Speed controller

You can now create a linear speed controller in the interface. You can also add an element that returns the speed to normal. Examples for audio and video have been added to the template library.

Weight loss

You can disable some built-in modules to slightly reduce the weight of the player in the builder.

Design

The element design settings now have a hatching effect for the background and the option to specify different heights for different layers of linear elements.

More

• The Google Analytics module now supports the new GA4 tag format.
• Added new events to the JS API (casted, uncasted, geo).
• Swipe rewind started working in normal mode (previously it only worked on the full screen).
  
• You can now specify the maximum possible default value with the "default_quality":"max" option.
• The player has learned to separate android TV boxes from phones and tablets.
• Start playback in a playlist can only be enabled after clicking on start (Plugins / Playlist / How to play / Do not start playback on press).
• In playlists you can specify the "start":"continue" option if you want to switch and continue playing from the current time (this is important for organizing different versions of audio or translations in playlists).
• For the flying mode of the player you can specify the CSS class, place the player to the left side and set the minimum width.
  
• HLS quality options can be sorted by resolution (by default the list is arranged by bitrate).
• The YouTube quality options have changed the order (from big to small).
• The horizontal playlist has learned to scroll with the mouse wheel.
• Now you can use the keyboard's forward and backward arrows to switch files in the playlist (if there is no playlist, then rewind will work).
• Custom buttons can send js events on click.
  
• For dynamic text elements (such as time indicators) you can specify a minimum width so that the interface doesn't jump when the number of characters changes.
