Color control

Now you can control the color options of the video and change the saturation, brightness, contrast and sepia. The options can be placed in one settings menu or separately.

 

Swiping gesture for playlist

A new gesture that switches tracks in the playlist Settings / Hotkeys and gestures / Swiping

Subtitles for Chromcast

The Chromecast plugin now support subtitles Plugins / Chromecast / Show subtitles and style settings (VTT and HTTPS are required). We also disabled the native volume button, which was automatically displayed on Android, but it can be returned in the settings. Improved work with playlists and multiple players on the same page.

Google Analytics

The Google Analytics is now able to segment events. We also added an example code to the manual to collect any other player events via the API.

VAST / VPAID

Added ad volume settings and new option "Limit the number of ads inside VPAID".

The mid-rolls have advanced limit settings. You can specify the metadata value for the launch time (it will look like a preroll). Also, the mid-rolls have an option to exit fullscreen mode at start.

Background check of mid-rolls and pause-rolls received the option of hidden check of the next ad in the waterfall.

Social networks and sharing in the menu

You can now enable the Share item in the settings menu.

HLS

The hls.js framework has been updated to the latest version 1.1.1. Now you can disable including this library to the player script in the settings and connect it separately (the player script will become much smaller).

The timeline slider is now snapped to the cursor by default, if enabled in the settings (snapping can be disabled).
