Video camera playback

You can play video from a local camera connected to your computer in the player.

Enable permission in the player settings Plugins / API / Permissions / Allow camera connection

Create your element and specify the api:camera command for it, or start the broadcast from the outside via the API with the camera command.

When user click on this element, a window will appear in the user's browser asking to connect the video camera. After confirmation playback will start automatically.

Connecting the video camera will work without sound and only on https domains (the local microphone is not activated). We recommend removing the Play / Start icons from the player interface so that the user can turn playback on and off only with the created camera button.
