What to do if video ads don't work
Video ads may not work in several cases:
- something is wrong with the player.
- something's wrong with the ad.
- everything is fine, but there are no active ads now.
To understand the reasons, you need to enable debug mode in the player settings Settings / Service / Log messages in console and look to the browser console (Developer Tools / Console in Chrome). There will be player messages marked VAST and also a reason why there are no ads - it may come empty, or contain an error. In this case, you should contact the advertising network for more information.
If there are no advertising messages in the console, then first make sure that the player is really updated and write a bug report on the player page in the builder (click the beetle icon in the top menu). You should specify the link to the player page and describe the problem in detail.
